A Clean Solutions is a local, family-owned and operated cleaning company. We provide specialty services in carpet, tile & grout, hardwood, upholstery, area rug cleaning. We are based in Wendell, NC and are proud to serve Wendell, Knightdale, Zebulon, Clayton and Wake County areas.
At A Clean Solution, our company philosophy is deeply rooted in Christian values and a commitment to customer service. Our Mission: To honor God with all of our work. We do this by working with excellence to provide the most amazing customer service experience. Our goal is to create the cleanest and healthiest environment for our customers. Our background in customer service combined with our family-owned focus allows us to deliver a higher level of personal attention and customer satisfaction. Treating our customers and their property with respect is just as important to us as the cleaning services we provide.
Through the years, our cleaning system has changed and evolved as technology improved. We currently have 3 different systems for different situations. The main system we use is the El Diablo truck mounted Hot Water Extraction/Steam unit. The El Diablo is CRI tested and approved with a GOLD rating (the best rating possible). This system produces unmatched heat and incredible vacuum for fast drying times. We invested in high performance tools. This allows us to perform high level quality carpet, upholstry and tile & grout cleaning services in a fraction of the time other cleaners take. Our clients deserve the best service and we deliver it with our systems.

In October 2000, Scot Neal founded A Clean Solution as a carpet cleaning company. The goal was to fill a great need for a company to operate with ethical standards and use the safest cleaning agents and the most advanced cleaning methods.
Shortly after opening for business, Scot discovered a need in the area rug cleaning industry and started working to fill the need.
Years Of Study
Scot has invested over 20 years in the study and education of fine woven rugs, their construction and the cleaning & maintenance of fine woven textiles. Through attending many seminars and training classes led by the best rug washers in the world, Scot has developed his system of washing rugs.
The rug washing system is completely different from the system used in our other cleaning services. The rug washing system combines old world process with modern technology. This process effectively removes the soils from every fiber of the rug. This process is enhanced when combined with new technology cleaning agents developed to be safer for the rug, the environment and for the owners
Specializing In The Tough Conditions!
Scot has become a specialist in 2 of the most problematic cleaning conditions for wool, silk and antique area rugs. The first is pet urine and odor removal. Scot’s system is so effective that he offers a 100% odor removal guarantee. The second is rugs that have dye stability issues. Through careful use of new technology cleaning agents and a specialized process, existing dye issues can be fixed and future dye issues can be prevented.
